Important: McDonald’s eGift Cards can only be redeemed through the McDonald's App.
- To get started, open your McDonald's Mobile App on your phone or download the McDonald's Mobile App and follow instructions to sign up (available on iOS and Android).
- Go to Payments in the app
- Click “Add New Gift Card” and follow directions. This will register and load your eGift Card to your account.
- Your funds will show immediately within “Gift Cards” tab under Payments, within your Profile.
- When you arrive at the store, pull up your “Gift Cards” tab under Payments and select "Pay"
- At the register.....
Crew Instructions: Treat eGift Gift Card just like you would a physical card.
- Ring up order
- Have the customer scan the eGift Card
- Tap on 'Credit Debit or GiftCard' button
